chicken mince 350 gm
split gram pulse 50 gm soaked
whole garam masala 1 tspn
bay leaf 1
ginger Chopped 1 tspn
garlic 1 tspn
onian chopped 1
oil for shallow frying 7to 8 tspn
salt 3 tspn
egg 1
Directions
in a pressure cooker add mince spices pulse salt ginger garlic and onian bay leaf
add 1 cup water
cook it till 5 whistles
let it cool
grind it with egg and 2 tspn oil
take skewers add some mince mixture spread it over skewers
cook from all sides
